Timelines vary significantly depending on deal complexity, size, and market conditions. Simple loan facilitations can close in 6–10 weeks; complex project financings or cross-border transactions may take 3–6 months. We provide a realistic timeline estimate during Phase 1 (Discovery) and track progress rigorously against it.
What types of businesses do you typically work with?
We work with a wide range of businesses — from growth-stage companies seeking their first institutional capital round, to established multinationals requiring complex cross-border financing. Our sweet spot is mid-market companies with transaction sizes between $5M and $500M, across sectors including real estate, infrastructure, energy, technology, and manufacturing.
What information do I need to prepare for the first meeting?
For an initial consultation, you don't need extensive documentation — a high-level overview of your business, your funding objective, and approximate capital requirement is sufficient. Following the initial conversation, we'll provide a clear list of materials required for the formal assessment phase, including financial statements, business plans, and project documentation where applicable.
How are your fees structured?
Our fee structures are engagement-specific and designed to align our incentives with your success. Typically, we charge a small retainer to cover the structuring and documentation phase, combined with a success fee paid only upon financial close. We are transparent about all fees from the outset, with no hidden charges.
Do you provide services outside of the United States?
Absolutely. While we are headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, we serve clients and source capital globally. We have successfully completed transactions in over 40 countries across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Our international investor network is one of our core differentiators.
